Toro Y Moi - Soul Trash (Highlighter Yellow Vinyl) (Vinyl LP)

Only five days after releasing "Outer Peace," Chaz Bear (Toro Y Moi) posted a photo of a cassette titled “SOUL TRASH V1” on his Instagram with Dropbox link to what appeared to be a mixtape. 

Later, the post and link were taken down and Soul Trash was released digitally on October 29th, 2019, and has since garnered over 39 million streams. This album was also his first collaboration with Elijah Kessler, who later released an album on Chaz’s Company Records. Now available on vinyl for the first time, Soul Trash epitomizes Chaz's experimental spirit, featuring ambient sounds, lo-fi loops, and contributions from Old Grape God, and Caleon Fox. Released alongside more recent projects like Mahal and Hole Erth, Soul Trash bridges his past with his ever-evolving artistry, proving Chaz’s creative well is far from dry.

5 years later, on February 28th, the mixtape is being released on vinyl for the first time.
