What happened in June 1965 and what the producer Suvi Raj Grubb described here was supposed to write record history: The young Martha Argerich, winner of the 1965 Warsaw Chopin Competition, recorded her first recital as an exclusive EMI artist. It was to be one of the most famous classical calves. Now it is published in a noble vinyl version on the occasion of the 75th birthday of the pianist.
